Maintenance Dock H135
The H135 Maintenance Dock is a modular access system engineered to provide safe and efficient working conditions during maintenance and inspection tasks on the Airbus H135 helicopter. The system consists of multiple left- and right-hand platform sections, enabling full circumferential access to the aircraft.
Each platform section is constructed from high-strength materials and features a non-slip composite working surface to ensure operator safety under various environmental conditions. Access to the platforms is provided via integrated aluminum stair units with ergonomic inclinations and slip-resistant steps.
The dock is equipped with heavy-duty swivel casters fitted with braking systems, allowing accurate positioning and secure immobilization during operation. The design ensures optimal access to critical maintenance areas, including the main rotor hub, engine compartments, and upper fuselage sections.
A FOD-free design is applied throughout, minimizing the risk of foreign object damage. Contact areas are fitted with protective rubber elements to prevent damage to the aircraft structure. The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is designed to withstand intensive operational use.
The H135 Maintenance Dock is designed and manufactured in compliance with EN 12312-8, ensuring conformity with relevant safety and performance standards for ground support equipment.
