Maintenance dock NH-90

Special attention to the NH90 maintenance dock has been given to user-friendliness, ease to mount and a good finishing of the sections, this means no sharp edges, all welding, rivets and bolt-nut connections are designed in a way to avoid injuries.

The individual sections are constructed with aluminium profiles & tubes combined with non-skid carrosply flooring. All stairs have aluminium non-skid steps.

The platforms have been engineered as light as possible without endangering the stability. The dock exists of a nose platform, a left body platform, a right body platform, a left tail platform, a right tail platform, a tailrotor platform and two cabin stairs.

The sections have been designed in such a way that they can be used simultaneously around the helicopter as well as individually.

All individual sections have directs access to ground level.

The complete maintenance dock has a FOD-free design, it is fitted with protective rubbers where necessary and is suited for inside and outside use.

A complete NH90 dock is available with and without height adjustment.

If a dock with height adjustment is required, each section has mechanical jacks for stabilization and height adjustment of 35 cm. The jacks are mounted on the corners of the sections and can be adjusted by a single person. The jacks are mounted 0.2 m within the contours of the platforms to prevent from touching the helicopter.
