This entry door stair is specially designed to suit A320, A321 and B737 aircrafts. By means of a hand-operated pump the stair can be adjusted to any desired height between 1.9 and 3.9 meters.
This stair can also be used for replacing cockpit windows of A320, A321 and B737 aircrafts. The therefore designed adjustable platform is made of wooden planks that can be manually slid towards the aircraft. Each plank is equipped with a rubber bumper to prevent damage to the aircraft. A hinged bracket locks each sliding plank into the desired position. To acquire a safe working platform while replacing the cockpit window, the platform contains slidable guardrails to close the openings near the aircraft and a self-closing gate at the location of the staircase.
