This height-adjustable dock is specifically designed for replacing and repairing aircraft cockpit windows.
With its stepless height adjustment, it is compatible with all common narrow-body and wide-body aircraft, including the A320, B737, A330, A340, A350, B767, B777, and B787. It even allows frequently used heights to be saved in memory, enabling the stand to automatically adjust to the preset height for future use.
The unique scissor-lift design allows the dock to move underneath the aircraft’s wings, eliminating the need to reposition the aircraft—even when it is parked “nose-first” inside the hangar.
The stand is powered by an integrated electric mover, ensuring smooth and precise manoeuverability. The operator controls the dock from the front, maintaining a clear view of the aircraft at all times while approaching it.
For added flexibility, the platform’s contour can be adjusted to match the aircraft’s shape using extendable floor sections.
Additionally, lifting and lowering cockpit windows is made easier with the hydraulically operated crane mounted on top of the platform.
Remark:
Specific designed for multiple wide body aircraft, including A330, A350, B777, B787. Even suitable for the most popular narrow body aircraft A320. In its lowest position the height of this machine is so low, it can easily be moved below the wings of a Wide Body aircraft to access the nose of the aircraft. Even when it is placed nose-first inside the hangar.
