This paintdock is suitable for the A220 aircraft.
It has steel undercarriage frame with aluminium frame-sections. The complete aircraft can be reached easily to do all the paint work. It consists of cockpit, fuselage dock , wing, engine and tail dock-sections. The tail-dock is a hanging dock attached to the ceiling of the hangar.
The paintdock is mobile and is easy to manoeuvre, which make a quick docking an aircraft possible. All sections are designed to the applicable safety standards for workshops and are meeting the current safety standards EN 1915, EN 12312-8, as far as it is applicable for this access equipment.
The assembly of the paintdock can be done by yourself based on detailed 3D-images and manual. Once completely installed, a Custers supervisor will come to check and approve the paintdock.
