This PAX door stair B787 can also be used for E190-B737-A320-B767. Height adjustment (2470mm-4270mm) can be done via a hydraulic handpump.
This aluminium stair has a staircase with two fixed handrails and a work platform with two fixed side handrails. This access stairs is suitable for indoor use only.
The stair is FOD-free, can easily be moved manually, it is made of untreated aluminium, with the exception of the cylinder.
The stairs are equipped with protective rubbers where necessary. The anti-slip steps are mounted with bolts and nuts and the polyurethane wheels are skydrol-resistant; there are 2 swivel castors with double acting foot brake on step side and 2 fixed castors on aircraft side on all stairways.
The stair is fitted with 2 spindles on the aircraft side that function as brakes. During when working on the stairs, we recommend always to activate these spindles.
